• Age: Under 45 years old
• Education: University, College, Intermediate or Certificate (can be trained in Vietnam). English level IELTS 6.0 for each skill.
• Achieve a minimum of 65 points on the Australian Migration scale
• Appointed by the Tasmanian Government or nominated by relatives living in guaranteed areas.
• Proof of occupation on the Tasmania’s Skilled Occupation List, issued by the Tasmanian state government, with a file submitted under the State / Territory Australian Government - State Sponsored line.
• Or prove that the occupation is in the list of medium and long-term occupations (MSTSSL) if applying under Family Sponsorship.
• Have been assessed by a Skilled Assessment by a suitable job evaluation agency for that position.
